A first impression on the nutritional status of populations in the NICE cities Dinajpur and Rangpur (Bangladesh), Bungoma and Busia (Kenya), and Rubavu and Rusizi (Rwanda) and the NICE project’s intentions to strengthen the supply and demand for local, agroecologically-produced, nutritions foods have been given at ETH Food Day 2021 05 November 2021, where our poster even won a Poster Prize. As a public research symposium, ETH Food Day mainly highlights research that ETH Zurich’s World Food System Center Research Programs support as well as system relevant research conducted by members of the World Food System Center.
